Tool to manager 60 freelance writers

Hi,

Currently we've over 60 freelancer writers.
I've 3 Editors which look after the content when it arrives / edit it / put it online.

These writers write content for 12 different sites

Each month I need the following
1) The total cost per writer - They charge Per Word so we need to calculate this cost
2) What each site costs - and which writers wrote for which site.

I'm using spread sheets with very complicated formulas now.. but the problem with this is no one else can take over as they don't have a clue how to fix problems with the formulas and if new months need setting up they don't know how to do it.. and if new writers need to be added no one has a clue.

So i'm looking for a software that will manager the freelancers .. I've looked at "Freelancer Manger" but don't think that will work.

maybe there's nothing out of box out there.. but wanted to see if anyone has any ideas.

you can calculate it with a custom CMS or a bot (to grab content from the sites and count the words from each user)

You can probably make this happen in UIpath or any other RPA method by scraping each site, matching that with the writer and using a multiplier to get the total sum. That way you solve both problems at once :- )

Sorry it's not the word count thats the issue.. If we tell them to write 750 words we only pay them for 750 ..

It's more the task or managing them all.

We need the reporting side of things.

Writer A wrote 4500 words in Dec - 2000 for site A - 2000 for Site B and 500 for site C
Writer B wrote 5500 words in Dec - 2000 for site A - 2000 for Site B and 1500 for site C
Writer C wrote 33500 words in Dec - XXXX for site A - 2000 for Site B and 500 for site C
Writer D wrote 14500 words in Dec - XXXX for site A - XXXX for Site B and XXXX for site C

Site A will have it's own product owner which will need to get all the totals for their site. Same with all other sites.
