Usually in YouTube and in Insta you can get influencers will be based on the followers they have. For contact they may give their mail id. Buzzstream is one of the tool I came to know on recent days

Builtwith.com database has a complete list of social accounts including follower count in the database across all niches, I would say the quickest way to scrape is to not scrape, simply target niche in builtwith, export and filter by platform follower volume on your target platform.
You can also filter via geo,having done some pretty large volume scraping of insta recently, I would strongly suggest not going down that rabbit hole

Do I understand correctly that you can get influencer emails there? I do not operate within Insta and Youtube niches but I know that https://intellifluence.com/ can do that for you. This platform has been advertised on BHW multiple times. I also saw an interview with the guy who owns it and he comes from an SEO background.

We do it manually, on FB, youtube, Instagram, and tiktok. no need for tools so you can get all the details.
