Most of the Blog engine blogs have Do Follow comments, u can find them using Scrapebox...

Hi, I don?t found any tool to get do-follow back links, but I got one website which provides do-follow websites, forums and blogs, here it is freebacklinklist.com, you can get the big list here..

Concentrate on non-wordpress blogs. You get tons of do-follow blogs. At the same time, google still follow no-follow blogs and go ahead to index those sites. Hence, if you like, you may still try your luck on wordpress.
