Hey BHW,

i'm looking for a website rank checker that shows me the rank of a specific website and e.g. their updated rank since last time.

e.g. website: google.com rank 1 for keyword google

For quick, one-time checks: Use free tools like Ahrefs, Small SEO Tools, or Rankifyer.
For ongoing tracking and detailed insights: Consider paid tools like AccuRanker, Semrush, or Rank Ranger.

What you need is a typical "SERP tracker", there are plenty of services for this,

Try Sitechecker
 
I will suggest Ahref and Sitechecker to check the Ranking of the website.
 
I highly recommended that you use SEMrush.
 
I recommend ahrefs and semrush tools for better results.
 
Have been using semrush for this but ahrefs provide much more accurate results
