Tool to Batch Spin .HTML files while preserving HTML?

Hi Guys!

Just wondering if this kind of tool exists:

I downloaded SpinnerChief 4, but that only allows me to spin one at a time, as the batch is only for .txt/.another file type files, also it messes up the HTML a bit.

I'm planning on doing this: downloading a website via WinHTTPTrack, Spinning all the .html files with said tool, upload onto website (so a unique version exists, and isn't a 1:1 copy of the site I downloaded)

Does such a tool exist?
