Tool to analyze how unique text sections are (to avoid duplicate content)

I am looking for a tool:
I have a situation where I have to write ~200 articles, where I have several sections that have to describe the same thing, but in the context of a country.

Does a tool exist, possibly with CSV upload or API, where you can upload X articles -> and then it analyses how unique they are compared to each other (goal is to avoid duplicate content)?

I remember that a content spinner used to have this function but I don't remember which one (could be The Best Spinner, or Spinner Chief, one of them)....
