Tool that posts articles on blogs

So I just started using GSA to generate content and have tried their Search engine ranker, but either I'm not using it correctly or it's not what I'm looking for.
The types of links I want to build are like this site has -> http://pyroswings.com/category/uncategorized/

The site can't be registered to, I've tried through their wp-admin, but doesn't seem to work, so does anyone know how do I get my hands on a tool that can post my articles to such sites.

Some sites simply don't allow you to post articles. Google how to use GSA SER to scrape search engines with their built in footprints

The site you're referring to seems to be hacked. Hackers are inserting random text with their links. It's a personal blog of a fighter jet pilot! As far as I know GSA don't hack sites for you.

Yes, that's what I also thought, their xml-rpc seems to be active and vulnerable to brute force attacks. The reason I'm asking is because one of my competitors seems to have many of those links, and I highly doubt his hacking skills, I know for sure he uses GSA but it's really weird that he has those links. so I thought maybe there's a tool that finds these type of sites and brute forces them.
