like if a person write a comment a servise or app that auto ansaw that quistion?
if that correct your need a app to cross match the quistion and scrape a ansaw and post it to your comment.
but i dont think it going to help in indexing as Google gone mad with ai bots and duplicate content can lead to a ban even domain penalty .

I am looking for an app that will monitor questions to sites like Quora or even Yahoo answers. So that I can answer the question and put in a link when it seems appropriate. I would not be able to automate any of this because the questions would be different each time (most likely).
This is primarily to get me active in the community and build a little reputation as a person who is knowledgeable on the subject. Backlinking may or may not occur, depending on the answer.
HootSuite allows people to monitor several social sites from one console. I am wondering if there is a console like that for Q and A sites. That way I don't have to search each site and can do it all from 1 screen.

BuzzBundle might be of use. It probably won't do everything you want, but it might be a start. I think they still offer a free version

Sounds like you will need a custom made bot:
-Scrape newest questions (quora, yahoo,...)
-Filter scraped questions by keywords
-Chose a answer (from templates) manually
-Post answer thru api or browser automation
Shouldn’t be too expensive but I don‘t know the actual rates of the botmakers here. Mostly reusable components as most developers got ready to use components for scraping sites or browserautomation.

You can create your own bot in order to work for your needs.
