tool that monipulate search console and analytics data

Is it possible to create a simple tool (i am newibe) in some programming language that will make click on SERP results and will be counted on serarch console, and also be counted in Google Analytics as an organic session (maybe with UTM)?

The only purpose is to manipulate the data, not for SEO
