twitter blaster pro....they just updated so it finally works again...its cheap and also free if you know what i mean jelly bean.

The problem it seems is unfollowing. Goodluck with that.

I would recommend tweetadder. I used it to build an account with 23,000 followers. It's good software, easy to use and is available for windows and Linux, also has built in proxy service and lots of other features.
