Tool that Analyzes Ads

Is there a tool out there that can scrape, find, and/or analyze ads on social media platforms, websites, etc? The main use would be to analyze ads that are successful and that are being widely distributed.

Would be great to assess what types of ads are being used based on niche, platform, etc. So that one could kind of mold their ad creative and copy on ones that have been proven to perform well.

If this sort of thing doesn't exist, can it be made?

yes and no. there are macros created to scrape the websites listed for ads/products. one for amazon is called AMZscraper
