Is there a cheaper or free tool to find winning competitor ad campaigns? Or at least how I can do manual research?

I would be really proud if someone could reply, because I'm too poor :p

Anstrex is a tool for spying on paid ads.

If you dont have suffuicient funds, you will not be able to run paid ad campaigns.

So, having access to Anstrex is pointless for you.
