No, they can't. But if you not lucky, someday Shutterstock ask you about the license and you don't have that, they can do anything....

some of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves, this guy shares such an awesome tool and you have to ruin it, go get a shuttershock premium account if you can't stand it. i don't see why the creator of this awesome tool shouldn't receive monetary compensation for his contribution...
go pay 49$ for 5 images, leeches, or has everything got to be free in this world for you to be satisfied? fucking entitled generation.
great tool OP, I would rather get my computer vandalized than pay a shitty company for online images.

We should learn to follow rules irregardless.
I reported this tool because i find it deceiving. I used this tool 2 weeks ago and there were no ads. If you read from the beginning of this thread you will quickly notice the OP initially removed ads in an effort to deceive the Mods.
If everyone start to break the rules on here the forum wouldn't exist anymore. Every "free giveaways" will be littered with ads/content lockers.

He should get compensated but he doesn't get a free ride on the BHW membership.
Let him pay to advertise on here like anyone else that wants to bank from the membership here.
Straight up he is violating the ToS here with that tool.
