Tool for translating

Hello guys!
I would like to translate few PDF and word files for my father who does not understand english, is there any tool (even if it's paid) that is more reasonable than google translate?
I need them to be translated from English to Bulgarian.

Thought the same, but it is translating literally word by word and some things sound very stupid while Deepl performed better on the same sentences.

It depends on what are you need, You could also use Google translate API, I've tried both of them but I still prefer Google.
 
Use google translate. Also if you open the files in google chrome you can translate the files quickly.
