You need to use a host of tools.

I use Ahrefs to look at SERP, SERP history and backlinks and SEO robot and SEO Quake (chrome extensions) to evaluate on page (including word count). I also use a page loading time extension.

for speedtest GTmetrix is the best one. Coming to Site analysis Semrush and Seoptimer are the best tools according to me.
