Hi there
I recently spoke to a friend of mine that got a job for a small realtor, they didn't have any listings at the beginning, so they apparently used some sort of tool/software that allows them to copy a listing from another site and publish it as their own, this way they seemed as a bigger agency than they really were.

Turned out great for them because their marketing efforts allowed them to find clients for those properties before the other agencies, they simply contacted the agencies with a buyer and split 50/50.

TLDR: Is there a tool that allows you to copy property listings to your own site?

Thanks :)

If you don't state which sites you want to be scraped, it's hard to find any usable suggestions.

My personal opinion is that if you want something to be properly scraped, do it on your own.
Either by a scraping service on-site, on a freelancer site or do a quick Python script yourself. You can't code look for tools that have a GUI builder.

Won't take you longer than 10 hours to do and you can custom-choose the sites you want to have scraped ;)

I can't code for shit, but a GUI Builder or hire a freelancer might be a good idea.
I was looking to scrape sites like https://www.idealista.com/

I'm not a Jr. VIP nor am I eligible to purchase the rank, but upon looking at the site structure, it should be pretty easy to scrape.
Of course it depends on their protection measurements and your requested features, but in general you should find someone who can make this. I'd say hire a beginner - medium who is cheap as this task is pretty straight-forward and doesn't require any advanced mechanics.

You could also look for Scrape builder (paid) or get a cracked one if you want to save money.

if you cant code and dont have the tools, just get 1 of the guys
in the HAF section to do it for you

... same applies to you.
If you can't code it yourself and/or you're too lazy to do it on your own, pay someone to do it ;)

if the project is professional, you should not violate copyright laws. You should contact the real estate companies directly and ask for content.
