If the crawl isn't vast I'm using Serpstat as it gives 100 pages to audit for free registered users:
If it's like 10k+ pages audit, I'd go either withpaid version of this tool or Netpeak Spider. Also check OnCrawl and Screaming Frog

The trial versions have obvious limitations (Powersuite doesn't allow you to SAVE projects and SF has a URL limit per each analysis) but are still gonna be great tools for you to explore.

But great tool indeed!I`m using it for almost all things on-page now, as it covers both technical issues and content optimization for target keywords (I like how it comes up with optimization advice based on selected competitors` stats). There`s also an in-build HTML editor to test the on-page changes - the optimization rate is being recalculated as you type.
