Hi guys,

are there any tools that help manage medium accounts to create custom likes and comments?

I am totally new to SEO tools, so if its something obvious, please do say.

I meant medium.com - i forgot to add the .com part in my message. I just need a way to create accounts there, and also post comments.

can nobody help on this? im sure the solution is simple, i just don't know what tool to use for it. even just creating many accounts for medium.com
