Tool For Mass Creating FB Pages?

Hello, I'm looking for tool than can do this thing. You put proxies and accounts in it and it will connect to each account and create one or few pages with your name ,description, cover photo and maybe even create some posts. Is there any tool that can do this? Thanks for any help.
