Is there a tool to do a search, and go through search results and find the sites that allow commenting (like blogs) with a pr greater than a certain number (like greater than pr3?)
Use ScrapeBox thought it's going to cost you some money. Or, search the forum and find a free list of Blogs that allow commenting. There's been plenty of these types of threads posted in the past so finding one shouldn't be too difficult.
