No Brother this tool dose not exist you can use google or amazon long tail keywords
you can also use keywords everywhere addon in google chrome it's a perfect free tool to analyse your website keywords

dunno if this help ,but i just use adsense code (links ads) and placed it in the right position... it might not perfect but sometime the links ads showed me word i didn't think before

When you create a adword campaign google ask you for link for keyword recommendation may be try that.

Tats based on how u r searching in google
For example : if you want some long tail keywords for one blog post
Just go to webmaster 1st in tat u can actually get some keywords for where ur blog post are already ranking
Take out all the keywords and optimize tat more tats 1 step
2nd step:
Keywords which u got from webmaster search it in google u will get more related good density keywords in related searches . take tat too
These two steps are more than enough to increase the traffic for ur single blog post

I have checked it, this is just keyword statistics, just a little helpful, but it doesn't create useful long tail keywords
I tried that, it was showing unrelated to article ads.
I have checked adwords and bing ads, both are creating keywords based on url, they don't analyze article or text.
So looks like the only way to get good long tail keywords, related to article, is to create them manually?
I'm sure there must be some automation for that, anybody have more ideas?

I created such a tool for personal purposes. Never thought others might me interested as well. My project required a lot of big data, NLP and algorithms == pretty expensive and on hold. Is there a real market for that or are we alone, OP 
?

I was thinking about how could it be done, it will require large base of keywords, which will be searched in text, and You are right, It will be not easy task to do.

Apple (fruite) and apple (notebook) are two very different things, so it is a little more complicated than somebody might think first.
Anyhow, if you really just plan to use the longtails as anchors: I am convinced that Google can figure out well what your content is about, since I can do it as well with high precision and relatively low computational effort and fully scalable. Anchors do not really matter nowadays and blank anchors / coarse-grained are certainly also very common for high ranking (niche) pages.
