Can someone recommend me a good tool to bulk check domains with a namecheap api or something similar?

I need something that I can run bulk lists of domains at once that will tell me if they are available to be registered, and then I can export the ones that can be registered as a text file or CSV.

You can use Godaddy's Bulk domain checker. http://www.godaddy.com/bulk-domain-search.aspx

I'm really looking for a standalone program that runs locally where you can use the namecheap api and export lists for use with other programs.

You can use scrapebox if you have it:

import list>Grab / Check>Check for unregistered domains
