Tool for batch keyword search popularity (GKT)

I need a tool which would download the search popularity from Google Keyword Tool but would be able to do so for thousands of keywords.

Market Samurai was doing this before the update a few months ago, now it's too slow if it shows anything at all.

Any other tool?

Ummm ... anybody? Doesn't anybody batch research keywords?
