Unfortunately there are scammers everywhere you go, if the scammers put as much effort into legitimate businesses/money making ideas rather then there scams, they'd produce more money in legitimate ways then having to scam people!

Always deal on site.
Go through the members threads and see if they have enough vouches or testimonials on their services.
Avoid dealing with new members because they can generally do a scam and exit.
Make sure to ask questions and do proper due dilligence before locking the deal.
Use middlemen, if needed.

Make sure that Seller is with Good reputation in BHW by providing service here. Check the Reviews they received for the service you are planing to buy, Don't go with Non Jr VIP members service.
