Too many links in Magento?!?

I wasn't sure what section to post this in.

I am running Magento on one of my stores and in google's webmaster tools it is showing 400k+ internal links from my site, and it is growing every day. My site only has about 300 indexed pages, I definitely don't have that many internal links. Yahoo site explorer is showing around 500 internal links, which is right.

Have any of you had this problem? I am sure it's not helping my ranking.

My Magento store does that too, i've got about 5k pages, and I am sure my WMT shows either 900k or 9million URLs coming from the store itself. I don't think this would have much effect on your rankings personally, it hasn't for me.
