I’m officially overwhelmed. Between WhatsApp, IG, emails and everything else, I can’t keep up with messages anymore. I know I need automation just to survive. I’ve been looking at Profichat since it lets you bring everything into one place and even set auto-replies
But I’m nervous. I don’t wanna come off like a robot or kill the vibe with cold replies. Anyone here actually found a way to use automation that still feels kinda natural? Like, I want my convos to stay real even if I’m not replying in real-time. Would love tips from folks who’ve tried this before

Totally feel you—keeping up with messages across WhatsApp, IG, email, and everything else can get overwhelming fast. It's like you’re constantly playing catch-up, and even when you’re trying to rest, your phone’s lighting up. Tools like Profichat can definitely help by pulling everything into one place and letting you automate replies, but I get the hesitation—nobody wants to come off like a robot or lose that real, human vibe in their conversations.

The trick is setting it up in your own voice. Use language that sounds like how you talk. Instead of something stiff like, “Thank you for your message,” try, “Hey! Just saw this—gimme a sec and I’ll get back to you.” Even adding a little personality, like a favorite emoji or inside joke (if it fits the person), can go a long way. And remember, automation isn’t about replacing you—it’s about holding the line until you can jump back in. Set the tone right from the start, and it won’t feel cold—it’ll just feel like a friend who knows you’re busy but still cares.

That’s a great point about using your own voice. If I write a few go-to replies that sound like me, then set those as the autoresponders, it might actually work. Thank you so much for the idea!!

well well, if a convo gets personal, always switch to manual. Automation is for the inbox flood, not the real connections. It might take some effort, but you need to balance manual and automation together

Your probably procrastinating over something that takes an easy hour of focus. Forget automated responses, how fast can you type, and how hard can you concentrate? If you want a personal quality touch, and social media and communication is your bread and butter, then don't delegate any of it to ai like everyone is doing, as you won't stand out anymore.

Yeah, makes sense to let automation handle the basic flow, then step in for the important moments. Like triage for messaging. Might try that out as well.

Fair point. I don’t wanna lose the human vibe, but the message flood’s real.

Totally feel you! I started using light auto-replies that sound like me — like “Hey! Got your msg, brb!” Works great so far and keeps things chill. Keen to hear how Profichat goes for you!

Do you reply to the rest by yourself?

Don't get your clients pissed off with automated responses. It’s better to pay a VA to handle all your chats.

If a large amount of human input is truly needed and the replies need to be as realistic as possible, then the best solution is to introduce AI-generated responses.

If what you need is a real human touch, then a bot alone won’t cut it. Yes, automation can help with the load, but not how you feel.
