Too High of conversion rates on zip submits while blocking ref

Ok I am blanking referral with a ZIP submit and I recently got an email about high conversion rate...I dont have a fake white hat site to give them Im just blanking it so what should I tell them? How can i get my conversion rate down?

They want to know my promotional details for the campaign that I am running.

Should I just make a white hat site to fake the traffic? And give them that? Or what should I tell them?

I just don't get how to implement the offer into a white hat site, there is just a link on the page, no images adverts or anything. Do I just throw the offer link on a white hat blog and say you could win a free whatever "here"?

What should I tell them in e-mail? I still have to email them back regardless if my conversion rate all of suddenly goes down.

How am I supposed to even advertise this legally on a white hat site? All the CPA site gives me is a Link.

No banners or anything..just a refer link

Try this as a reply:
" I purchased this site X Years (or x months) ago and have never really taken much notice of where the traffic comes from. I am new to this business and I thought all this was normal. Is there anything in your TOS about this? Again, I apologize that I am so ignorant to some of these buzz words that internet geeks use. If you wish, I can remove the offer ASAP and I will be more careful in the future."

Adjust to taste...act dumb...dont use technical words...crawl to them and dont get angry.
That will probably stop your account being closed.

Dude buy a fcking domain and set it up on blogger. Toss some articles on there about something and walla you have a WH site. If you want something nice let me know and I'll do it for like $100 and even pay for the hosting.
