Too Good to Be True ! Ebay.

Hello All
Well I was Searching for a New Projector for my home theater , and I found a projector "Optoma HD141X " on Amazon and I really liked , and it was about 600$.
Then I went to Ebay to see if I can get used or refurbished one for less money,
and I found This:

Is it too good to be true ? A scam ?
I just asked because it seems seller has aged account and also a good reputation as a seller and buyer
