Ok, is taking articles STRAIGHT (I mean like no word changing, or anything, exact replica) from a magazine or newspaper or a book, then selling them on DP as unique content TOO BLACKHAT? can you get in serious trouble for the copyright infringements? I don't want to get in trouble over something stupid like this. Thanks.

it's called plagiarism, and yes, you could get in serious trouble. you'd have to reword almost everything to have the copyright go away.

It would be easier to read the book get some more sources and write a brand new one

sell it in foreign countries, fake your identity and make some cash.

As a general rule rewriting anything that you don't own copyrights for is plagiarism, so if you're worried about getting into trouble just gather a few sources on a given topic and compile your own article, it doesn't take that much effort.

So basically though, if i reword it, then it will be ok.

Just use false info and sell it anyway :P

I'm just about to begin my AC scanning career. Fuck em.

HAHAHAHA good attitude. that made me chuckle

@ Affguy
Using the same method on AC will cause any problem?

Not sure what you don't understand. Taking any writing that isn't yours is copyright infringement and illegal. Not to mention it won't pass copyscape and AC will ban you right away.

Actually dude you should stop writing here just to waste our time cuz you don't know whut u'r talking about.

So affguy: AC doesn't instantly magically ban you they give you at least one warning (it's in the agreement you sign with them) I personally got 3 on one account. It depends how bad is it but they don't ban instantly.

Another thing demon is missing is that there is actually a c**pload of content written word by word from the book that will pass copyscape and I find this one of the best methods to go about writing for AC. The articles get accepted, get published, you get paid PERIOD. And about copyright illegality - haha been on the internet for quite a long and did some serious hacking - VERY FEW UNDERSTAND .. EVEN LESS CARE!

yah..katzmotel...is right....but if the editor is strict..or crazy...he might just ban you without any warning..

Dude you don't know what I meant, read the thread carefully. I obviously know AC needs unique content and most of the infos in books are not even on the internet. Who cares if it's not allowed to copy copyright infringements when we can use fake infos

No I believe they don't, they have other means. I got an article that didn't pass copyscape published. It is always safe you run it but maybe someone with more experience in AC can clear things out.
