My first experience with an SEO forum was WF my username was WEBCABBIE

I lasted an hour before they banned me
 
I may have had a beer to many with my daily dose of SEO last night haha.
 
The problem I'm facing with WF, as a rookie in IM, is that when I see those sales threads or WSO's pitches I get sick to the stomach. Is hard to explain. I do enjoy reading some good material but the very notion of WSO makes me sick
