Great job OP... I always had good success with flyers many years ago... but never tried it for anything online, I'm expecting it to work very well.

I used to have a "team" of kids that would cover an entire area door to door with one older teenager to act as their "supervisor" to make sure they really delivered, etc... he was the only one that got a little percentage of the sales.

This is giving me ideas again!!!

It's tough to know for sure if they're being delivered. But I think offering an incentive could work.

$10 for every hundred flyers, plus X amount of dollars for every sale.
 
You've seen it work on a small scale, so I agree that you should scale it up, but I still need to warn you. Don't over-extend yourself too much. I know too many corporations that started out with record growth, but they tried to extend too fast and realized it wasn't working as well as they had hoped. the result: they were deep in the hole.

Keep yourself in check, expand quickly but not TOO quickly.

I still dont get the idea of spend 10 euros and spread it in so many magazines like you said. How can you pay so low to be in so many magazines?
 
u can deliver ur flyers in other countries and cities , u just need to pay a friend or a person from ur familly and ask him to print the flyers and deliver them in his city .

OP said he paid 10 euros to post a small ads in a magazine but it didn't work as expected (0 convertion) so now he is distributing flyers d-2-d himself and it's working so far.
