So let me get this straight. You knew he was banned. You did business with him anyways? That sounds highly irresponsible on your part when there are hundreds of legit sellers with B/S/T threads opened. Better yet, you could have very well opened a Want to buy thread.

Do a chargeback on your card and paypal.

The guy is gone & I'm sure that he isn't coming back with your money or your product.

Lesson: Deal with people who have threads that have been approved.

Bad on you for dealing outside BHW/BST especially on a product being sold here.

It was the (supposed) transfer of a used license. It wasn't cracked etc.

Well You could call Emanuel and tell him that i already filled a complain with paypal,and my lawyer already filled a complain with ic3.gov and Laguna police.I dont give a shit for 80 bucks but if it s needed i will make a trip in in Philly to recover MY money
