Today is Prime Day. How are you monetizing it?

So as many of you guys know today is Prime Day. Meaning this is an excellent opportunity to make money (and stock up on some stuff for personal use). Although, I am kind of disappointed by the deals they have going on (I was hoping to buy a nice tablet), there are still plenty of opportunities to make money.

For example, for my Amazon affiliate site, I have bought a ton of ad space, I got email campaigns scheduled, and my site is super active today. Hopefully I will get a lot of sales. Due to anxiety, I am not checking my stats right now.

In addition to this, I have been hunting for great deals. I have bought a popular home surveillance system as well as a Garmin handheld GPS, among some other smaller things. I am planning on selling these and according to my estimates (preliminary) I stand to make at least another $150 off of this. It's not a fortune but still, that's Ruth's Chris money!

What about you? Have ya'll been shopping? Are ya'll overhauling your Associate site?

Bit like Black Friday. Companies selling shit to fools who don't need the shit. Just say it is reduced by $200 and watch the mugs swarm in.

Oh yeah. There are so many useless items on there and they just hike up the price so they can slash it today but in reality your not saving shit. But hey, I'm not complaining.

The point is we see who the leader is online, after other stores (walmart, bestbuy etc) followed suit with their own sales. Overall nothing really amazing on sale but sure enough to get people to check and buy something.

Well i got an inflatable kayak and a guitar. Did my research first and couldnt find them cheaper any where else so its a good day for me.

As for monetizing the whole thing i didn't bother.

Similar day to Black Friday, Huge supermarkets are just giving away some low quality products for "low" prices. but still if you know to tell the truth between high quality and low quality gadget, you can definitely get some cool products for GOOD prices! So you are welcome to use opportunity

Decided not to promote it but just had a look at what was on offer and nothing excited me so bit of a let down TBH

I mean you can probably expect some increased traffic, but it's just a cool scheme Amazon cooked up to get people to sign up for the membership program they have in place now. They want more people to pay that (yearly or monthly) fee for Prime so they can just sit back sometimes and not do anything and relax with those monthly fees that'll come in on autopilot. Maybe they want to lay off some workers, who knows. End of the day, they're just a big front for sellers. Can't hate on them, but am sure in 10 or 20 years another Internet giant will come along and shut them down.

A bunch of none sense is on sale.

Just ordered me some steaks from amazon fresh tho :)
