the last sale i on drop shop is first week of dec.
Yes I received the payment from Paypal no problem as usual deduct some service charges
mine only use paypal.

Yes I don't have big funds in my paypal , in fact always come to zero the balance.

FYI I don't get daily sales , so I can't really explain in depth.

I only know happen to see many times those folks earn few k per day or have big funds inside their paypal
will always complain either get hold etc stuffs.

I not sure , another info I know read so many times mostly those deal with IM products will get aim by paypal.

No, you DID NOT get sued. DMCA or that dropshipper or any lawyer can say anything & write you any of their official letter or notice. That does NOT mean that you are sued. You are sued ONLY and ONLY if there is a case or petition about it in a Court Of Law, by the opposite party.

I think the guy was bluffing, and it is very unlikely that he could have actually do anything about the issue, but ultimately the lesson here is do not copy or use other people's content if you want to have peace of mind.

More importantly, do not stop pursuing your dream, this hiccup is just that and you know exactly what to do in order to avoid a similar situation from repeating itself, so take what you have learned, both good and bad and put it to use right away, get back on your feet, the best way to leave this behind is to move forward. Time is money, so do not waste it.
