Today I got latest smart url script from installerex but I don't know how to implement it

Did you guys get the new smart url script from installerex? How you implemented it ?
Please help if you have already implemented it .

I got the script from them today . Now what I need to do . Do I contact them to implement it ?
Do i need to provide my website login to them ?
