Today I got accepted in adworkmedia Plz help!

Hey friends after a long chase today i got accepted in adworkmedia and its my first cpa account and never used this kind of things before
and i don't have any knowledge about it
on dashboard they show us a lots offers
and in the end of every offer there are two option
payout and epc some of offers show 15$ payout is this means they us $15 dollars for every conversion?
and when i click on any offer then they show full details of that offer
there is a thing --- tracking url if i copy that url directly and send it to my facebook friends to complete it so i will get banned?
i mean if i have a friend from france and i will send him my tracking url of any offer that available in france and if he complete that offer so adworkmidea will pay me or not plz tell me it is ok to do this?
Please Help me i only ask for help when i got stuck
because its my first cpa account so i don't want to do anything wrong !

here is a tut:

that $15 is the payout per completed offer but I guess it is a pin offer. people have to pay to complete the offer.
and you can send the offer to your friend in France if that offer allows traffic from France, but i wouldn't do that just read some methods here on bhw and try them out if you wanna make money.

Networks that allow incentivized traffic tend to not be as restrictive as other networks.

yeah its really very easy to get accepted in adowork media just don't show them movie download or illegal songs website on the time of sign up.
