I am looking for an investor within the north of the US who may want to buy tobacco products for a cheaper rate per carton. Currently I am living in the South and can buy cartons for lower than others within the North and am willing to purchase and sell to you if interested. I am looking for investors who want to purchase a bulk quantity of cartons. Please send me a message if interested and we can begin immediately since I am out of work currently.

While the idea is an old one, it's a regulatory nightmare and police are looking for more of this. I don't smoke but here in the northeast, Capri goes for maybe $8/pack, which is a bit steep if you are a pack-a-day smoker. However, you will have extreme difficulty finding a legit buyer because of how illegal it is.
 
how much is cheaper?
i think you would be better off looking for someone in the UK, they can get the cheaper cartons
 
When I was visiting UK i brought couple cartons of Marlboro those are for $3 per package in my country. By selling them they paid for my ticket :P

Our packs are in the range of $3-5 at the moment when I heard in NY etc they are steep at $9-12.
 
buy in Eastern Europe ( Romaina, Ukraine, Latvia) and sell in UK. Huge profit.
 
buy in countries in eastern europe which are in the EU .there are way less controls
