Check the rules linked in the footer and you will find the main topics that are not open for discussion here. Aside from that, it’s fine to discuss anything else.

As @davids355 mentioned, let the forum Terms & Rules guide you.
On top of this, we don't allow discussions about warnings that a user got or problems with specific staff members to be discussed. Keep in mind this is different from discussing warnings in general (either the system or a specific warning) or BHW rules/policies that staff uphold. Search the forum first because it could have been brought up somewhere first.
