To Those that have a e-pharmacy

Im real close to getting my pharmacy going but i was wondering if any you guys incorporate your business offshore? Im from the US. I almost incorporated off the Island of Mauritius but changed my mind for reasons i cannot discuss. To me , this is pretty scarey, by incorporating off shore this can give you quite the alibi, or maybe i am thinking too much into this.

If not , give me a list of recommended off-shore incorporation's that are least affiliated by the US.

The only one who I have got some good responds from was cclogic so far, still considering their offer - we are not in the Inline Pharmacy business but still on the dark side if you know what I mean.
