To PBN or Not to PBN

I am in a dilema. I have my own strategy with PBN links which works nicely, but if I use PBN to boost a website there would be problems when selling it as people are scared of buying sites with use PBN as startegy. Whereas, PBN links cost much cheaper than normal guest blog posting links.

So should I go with PBN and get my site ranked and don't worry about selling it later and save a lot of money in the process

OR

should I only go for guest blog posts and niche edits as my main driver so I can sell the site later easily

do you intend selling your site later, or not? Because if you do, guest posts are better. Otherwise, PBNs

Use high quality PBNs and get ranked them. otherwise build 75% links based on PBN and remaining links on guest post and try to rank them and try to sell them.

you have to build high-quality pbn links but use some guest post sites also

Do not go with PBN unless you know who you are buying them from plus you said client issues while selling
