Hello

I have cleaned my list with bulkemailchecker.com still i get shit ton of bounce...

i got my SMTP account suspended and unsuspended afterwards....

HOW are you guys getting the list so clean???

is neverbounce.com maybe better?

These email cleaner are your pocket cleaners. They only make a DNS lookup of the emails and MX records beside that there is no way to check if an email does exist or not only if you send them an email msg. so better to clean them by sending a very simple email using a VPS and Bulk Mailing solution something IEM+PMTA. once you email campaign finished export the clean list and add soft and hard bounces to a seperate list and add them in suppression list on any server you use onwards that will help you to keep your lists clean.

its better to clean them manually for specific words in your CSV or EXCEL list.

Ctrl+F
keyword = Spam / Privacy / Abuse / Complaint / enquiry / enquiries / support / help / protect / group /
Find All - to check the number of emails contains this word

Then

1. Goto Conditional format
2. Select Highlight that contains "keyword" click to format the color
3. Sort > Custom sort > Sort by colors
All the highlighted emails will come to the top and remove them,

Repeat the process for all keywords.

P.S; sometime email contains subdomain e.g [email protected] to remove these emails use in "contains" @*.*.com and it will highlight all emails.

it just took me 10minutes to clean a 100K list and remove 5000+ bad emails including spamtraps

Do you really think i would manually do such a tedious task in the year 2017 with all the modern technology? How are you going to know what is all the bad email domains to look for?

You can clean your list with the app in my sig. Not free though.

Hi guys,

I personally don't clean my email list manually, since I find it too exhausting. My database comprises about 50 000 emails, so I just used zerobounce[dot]net and it worked great. I'm very satisfied with my bounce rate now, it got from 20% to only 3%.

How did you get your bounce rate so low?

I recommend emaillistvalidation.com to clean your email list. the most robust and accurate email verification service.
