But to how many recipients at once can you send a PM??

For newbies i don't think you can send PMs to many recipients at once. You would have to become trusted

i just ask it out of interest. Because i receive often a spam message that was sent to all the members on other forums...

I don't know, but you can try sending a message to like 100 random users at once and it should tell you how much you can send.
