so today i ordered from Amazon 1x mcafee total protection 3 licenses for 1 year.
for 14.99GBP - what i received was 10x mcafee total protection 3 licenses for 1 year.

thats 10x1 year subscription card codes each valid for 3 machines. which would have
cost 150GBP not the 14.99 i payed

so i called Amazon and told them, they said keep all ten 1 year license codes
as its not worth there time to collect the 9 i licenses cards i didnt pay for.

they thanked me for my honesty and said we have also credit your
Amazon account with 20GBP credit as a thank you for being honest.

see folks honesty does pay.

when I was 15 I was walking with some friends and an old man dropped his retirement salary on the floor in front of us.

we grabbed all the money (it was like 600$) and ran into him to give him his money

he turned around, looked at us, grabbed his money in a very rude way, accused us of stealing him, and told us all to fuck off while walking away

10 years have passed and I still regret giving him that money

she believes in karma - i did install 3 licenses all at once
now my mcafee says i have 1095 days remaining
and i put the other 7 years worth of licenses in a drawer

When I returned those £3k worth of graphics cards a while back I barely got a thank you, so go figure.

Believe it or not this happened to me with a Nintendo switch a year back. amazon Actually shipped me two instead of one. I contacted amazon and told them and they apologized and told me to keep both and refunded me the money. I couldn’t believe it. Was the craziest thing that ever happened to me with amazon.
