To Hell With LeadBolt

I have been with leadbolt for quite a long period of time.But I took a break from IM for around 6 months due to personal reasons.But now when I started using leadbolt again I am kindoff messed up.I get a lot clicks and not even a single conversion.Any suggestions on alternatives for leadbolt??I want someone like leadbolt who accepts its users quickly
