hello BTW,

so, I created an account with CJ and i figured out how to get only the link with my id on it so i can get credited. creating hypertext was simple enough.

so what im trying to understand is how can we guide a customer after they click a picture or hyperlink on our webpage to a specific page on the affiliates page.

for example: if say i am selling cameras on my niche site. i place a hyperlink on the picture of one of the cameras. now if the customer clicks on that picture of that camera, he should be directed to the order page of that camera instead of the homepage of the affiliate site. any clues on how to do this?

Go to > Get Links > By Relationship > View Links

All the links are listed there and some are pointing to inner pages. If the specific page you want is not there I don't think there is other way. If you have high traffic you can contact the advertiser to consider adding more inner links..

It depends, a lot of the advertisers will offer a deep link facility. Look in the links of that advertiser for a link that has the check box, deep link enabled. Once you find it you will then be able to URL encode a link to the landing page of your choice.
Some advertisers such as Argos and First Choice in the UK have their own hubs, argos-affiliates dot co dot uk, where you can use their own deeplink tool. Alternatively CJ in the UK have made a deeplink toolbar for the browser (only works for UK merchants). Details of it are on their blog. Can't remember the address, but search for deeplink toolbar.
