Thinking to buy Licorne AIO for tier 1 (I will scrape my own target list of course) but even the owner said it is best for tier 2 and beyond... Do you have any experience with this software?

If the owner is advising you to use it for tier 2 I'd listen to him.

He knows what he's talking about given it's his own product.

Ditto - Reason is probably because it is not posting enough high quality content for tier 1 sites that
are pointing to your money site. Meaning it is not safe to get that close to your tier 1 or money site

I tested it when it was in beta. It's a very cool bit of software. But definitely all of those fully automated tools are better for tier 2, unless you have a site you don't mind burning to the ground.
