Hi everyone. I have a request.
First of all, I'm not sure if this is allowed here, so mods, please delete and accept my apologies if not.
A friend of a friend of mine had an issue; someone smashed their car up. There is CCTV from someone else of the people who did it, (unfortunately not while doing it).
Anyway, it is very pixilated.
Does anyone have any idea if/how you can improve the quality, or would anyone like to be a good samaritan and do it for me?
