TNX closed my account

I paid for a subscription on TNX for package of 12,000 points, used it for a month and they today just closed my account, they said they done that because they "belive this is not the service for me", can you belive that !!!?

Have you ever expirienced something like that ?
I paid for the service and they just deleted my campaigns and closed account.

I faced something like this first time, I can`t belive this is happening, what is it ,kind of exclusive "club" of persons choosed by the TNX owners or what ?

Not sure about what was being done, but I've had to do that to a few of my clients already.

Why? Simply they weren't right for my service and were bound to cause more headaches and trouble than they are worth. Although I REFUND them, as you should be refunded as well.

Sometimes clients really aren't the right fit for a certain service and/or product and its best if both parties part ways amicably. I have respect for TNX taking this sort of action. It means they are serious about providing the right service to the right clients and aren't a one size fits all sort of operation.

Again, you should be refunded but fully understand where they are coming from.

I was refunded but just can`t understand why they cancelled my account, they just didn`t tell me that, I didn`t advertised any prohibited websites. It seems like they done that because I am asking the questions ... I never faced something like that before, the someone who I paid deleted my account.
Used many systems before, no one done something like that yet.

I didn`t do anything illegal.

That's exactly why I cancelled the clients accounts I referred to, and will be cancelling another one very soon.

The type of questions, the length of questions, and the general tone of the emails. Frankly, as the owner and creator of my service I know who's a right fit for the service and who's not. Based on the type of questions, the type of websites they are creating, and often their outlandish expectations its obvious that the client isn't a right fit, so why keep them on board?

Consider the Pareto Principle (80/20 rule), in this case, 80% of the customer support tickets and questions come from 20% of your clients. Why support that 20% that clearly doesn't "get it"? Heck, that may even make it so that you need to hire one, two or maybe even three more customer service representatives to support that "20%" that's frankly sucking the livelyhood out of your business. Why bother?

I'm hoping this isn't offensive to you but I'm guessing that's probably why the canceled your account.

Out of curiosity though, would you mind sending me the email they sent you when they closed your account? I'd like to see if mine is similar and/or could be modified

WHy they have a "ticket system" isn`t it for that ? I mean answering the questions ?

They should warn their customers if someone ask "not right" question could be banned without any warning I didn`t know it`s an exclusive club and I shouldn`t ask the question to don`t make the owner nervous ...

I didn`t asked stupid questions, I`ve created a campaign and the campaign didn`t started for a couple of days , I wait 3 days and nothing was happened, so I just submited a ticked, afted one day I saw they just submitted 300-400 backlinks at once, do you think it`s ok if I checked 50 links /day ?

This is dangerous because I`ve had in campaign my customer`s website.

I had a full right to ask the question why my campaign didn`t start after couple of days of waiting.

They today refunded me and told to get lost ...
I think it is not professional how they treat the customers.

Anyway, do you know maybe something similiar to TNX ?
I am interesting in buying backlinks, PR0 but categorised, relative to my websites. TNX was efficient ,but the risk of loosing everything with them is real, because the admin can destroy my ranks in a seconds I am looking for something safer.

No sense arguing or trying to figure out what didn't work. You feel you did everything right and they feel you weren't a good fit for their service. Move on.

Not every relationship ends up a marriage. It takes give and take by both parties and if one party wants out then it wasn't meant to be. Move on and find another. It's not the end of the world and plenty of services out there will take your money.

With smaller businesses you have to understand they can and will pick and choose who they want to work with. We have a blacklist on our sales people walls with names we will never do business with. We found customers that demanded too much and we cut our losses and tossed them on the list. Nothing personal just good business. We don't need and don't want every customer that has money in their pockets. Some money is bad money and veteran business owners can spot them quickly and minimize their losses.

They did you and themselves a favor. Don't look at it as something bad, they saw it wouldn't work even before you did. At least you didn't waste any more energy with them.

Indeed, it`s probably not worth of my time, but I din`t do anything unusuall, I just created campaign with the flash game website and add one keyword (as a test), this website has PR5 so I think the quality is good "even for TNX owner", my website is in TOP10 on most competetive game related keywords at the moment and wanted to increased them a little though TNX should be a good move, but for no reason they just deleted all my backlinks, it was really weird and stupid, first time expirienced something like that , I though I saw everything already in my life but they really suprised me ...

Can you advice me any service similiar to tnx wich is not so "exclusive/restricted" ?
This what I found at the moment are services wich offers high PR backlinks, but I am not interested that kind of service because I have already enough high PR backlinks and would like to do some diversity to my backlinks but don`t want to purchase links from spammed a sa hell websites (blogs ,forum sites etc) , I`d like to buy high amount of relative PR0 (indexed) backlinks.

I haven't tried them but three are text-link-ads, linkworth and textlinkbrokers. Tnx might be doing you a favour by cancelling that account, hopefully in time you would realise this.

I am not sure why you care if they closed your account.

Just open another one and that is it.

I think you must have done something wrong that is made it worst. You should had study their rules and regulations clearly.

Bro just move on. You were probably questioning a lot rather than actually collecting knowledge and understanding them. That is why they might close your account.
