Hello guys do u thinks tlds of a certain country help rank better in that country for local keywords?
 
By local keyword if you mean like plumber in Seattle, then no, I have not seen this.
But if it's a business in a non english country then it can rank for that language keywords more easily.

I meant as in if i have a tld of egypt and my competition have a. Com and his site is from another neighboring country, would it help for ex
in ranking for a keyword like cheapest bike in Egypt
 
Yes it may for you. But seo depends on lot of things if you are trying to outrank another site.
Ranking for a language-country keywords is different than outranking a site for specific keyword. Whole different ballgame.
