Does it matter for the PBN what type of TLD it has?
Most powerful domains on the market are .com
But how about other TLDs like : .pro .club .stream .win .bid .men and so on...
Does it make any difference for google what type of TLD it has??
It's just those type of TLDs are really cheap (0.88$) compared to .com domains which are relatively expensive.

As long as it's a gTLD (not country specific) and not a ccTLD (country specific) it doesn't matter, but I'd stay away from TLDs that are notorious for spam, phishing, ect. like .tk, .xyz. Google seems to have special algorithms that are less forgiving for these "Spam TLDs".

thou today alot of people are using new TLD especially cause of the rise of startups .io .pro .something .link etc also streaming websites anime website using those TLD
so i think its ok

For PBN, you can mix up different top TLDs - .com, .org, .net, etc. One way of diversifying your PBN, but just avoid spammy ones.

Closer to .com, the better. (also those global domain are older). But that is not a deal breaker for a Google, as long you have some good content.

I Think Doesn't Matter. it's Good to Use Mix TLD For Diversify Link Profile of Site Links From PBN

No, it doesn't matter at all for SEO. But .com is easier for people to remember
